With more than 25 years in the beauty industry the Michael Mawson Wedding Team have lost count of how many brides they have attended to!

The team consist of hairdresser and make-up artist working together as efficiently and expertly as possible to make your big day enjoyable and stress free.

Most wedding ceremonies take place around midday or early afternoon, myself and the make-up artist will plan around your timings, as I attend to the hair of the bride for example the make-up artist will be able to perform her magic at the same time on the bridesmaid or maybe the mother of the bride. Teamwork is the key on such grand occasions.

Our make-up artists have worked on many weddings, fashion and beauty magazines, TV and films. Attending to celebrities such as Ricky Martin, Chenoa. …as with the hairdresser, our experienced make-up artists are used to working to plan and know how important timing is.

The Michael Mawson wedding team will assist in creating a calm enjoyable experience, keeping your wedding day stress free and ensuring you and your family, bridesmaids, flower girls look your very best on the most memorable day of your life.

Keep it simple!

Think ahead
"Don't wash your hair on the morning of your wedding if you're planning on wearing it up, as it will be too slippery to style and won't retain any height. Hair needs to be a day old."

Be comfortable with your look
"Opt for something that you know suits you - you will feel much more comfortable and your natural beauty will shine through when you are relaxed. Your wedding is not the day for experimentation. Things can go wrong and you want your husband and friends to recognise you."

Be organised on the day
"It's all about timing. Organise a timetable on a big job to ensure things run to schedule, it's important to let the hairdresser know in advance whose hair they are expected to do - and don't fling someone extra at them at the last minute. You want to keep the day relaxed and when there are a lot of nerves around, the last thing you need is to run out of time."

If I am unwell or have an accident and I am unable to attend, I will do my utmost to source another hairdresser for you.

The trial run is a very important part of the service, during which I will find out your views on hair.
  I will listen to your ideas about how you would like to look on your wedding day, and will be available to offer advice and ideas, as to what would be most suitable considering your hair to ensure a "look" that lasts the whole day.
When you are completely happy with your "look" I will work out the timing to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Your bridal trial will take place in my studio amidst the beautiful location of  the Garraf.

Completely private salon where the only client is you, where you can enjoy stunning views and relax whilst we discuss your needs for your big day, and carry on with your trial in calm and peaceful surroundings.

My studio is within easy reach of Sitges and is only 3-7 minutes by Taxi from Sitges centre.
(Depending on your Taxi driver!!!!)
